
| Charles Provini - Position: President, CEO and Director Mr. Provini holds an Engineering degree from The U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland and a Masters from the University of Oklahoma. He was the President of Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management and a Director of Ladenburg Thalmann, Inc., one of the oldest members of the New York Stock Exchange, and has served as President of Laidlaw Asset Management as well as Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Howe & Rusling, Laidlaw's Portfolio Management Advisory Group. Prior to this, he served as President of Rodman & Renshaw's Advisory Services and President of LaSalle Street Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Provini has been a leadership instructor at the U.S. Naval Academy, Chairman of the U.S. Naval Academy's Honor Board and is a former Marine Corp. officer. He is a frequent speaker at financial seminars and has appeared on “The Today Show” and “Good Morning America,” discussing financial markets.

|  | Brien Lundin - Position: Chairman and Director A co-founder of Natcore, Mr. Lundin is a executive, marketer and investor with experience in financing and advising early-stage technology and natural resource enterprises. He is the publisher and editor of several investment publications specializing in these areas, including Gold Newsletter, and is the owner and operator of the New Orleans Investment Conference. Mr. Lundin holds a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University.

|  | Professor Andrew R. Barron - Position: Consultant Dr. Barron is a co-founder of and technical consultant to Natcore. Currently the Charles W. Duncan, Jr.-Welch Endowed Chair of Chemistry and Professor of Materials Science at Rice University, Dr. Barron is the author of numerous publications in the area of materials preparation via chemical pathways. The author of over 350 peer-reviewed scientific papers, with nearly 80 focusing on developments in nanotechnology, Professor Barron was also the first faculty member hired for the Smalley Institute for Nanotechnology, the first such institute in the world. Prior to joining the faculty of Rice in 1995, Dr. Barron received his undergraduate and doctorate degrees in chemistry from the Imperial College of Science and Technology in London, performed postdoctoral work at the University of Texas at Austin, and served on the faculty at Harvard University. Dr. Barron was the inaugural recipient of the prestigious Norman Hackerman Award in Chemical Research from the Welch foundation. He has also had prior experience with a startup company, Gallia, Inc., which was sold to TriQuint, Inc., a major manufacturer of gallium arsenide electronic devices.

|  | Dr. Dennis J. Flood Dennis Flood, PhD, is a co-founder of Natcore. He recently served as Chief of the Photovoltaic and Space Environments Branch at the NASA Glenn Research Center. Dr. Flood has more than 30 years of experience in developing solar cell and array technology. Dr. Flood served as Chief of the Photovoltaic and Space Environments Branch at the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio, where he lead Agency programs in advanced photovoltaic systems development. He presently serves as Chair of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Photovoltaic Devices Technical Committee and serves on the International Advisory Committees of the European, the U.S, the Japan/Asia and the World Photovoltaic Conference organizing committees. Dr. Flood has advised leading research and development organizations as well as solar cell companies and investment analysts. He has extensive experience developing, advocating and leading complex technology development projects.

|  | John Meekison - Position: Director Mr. Meekison is a director, founder and Chief Financial Officer of Vancouver-based iCo Therapeutics Inc. (“iCo”), a biopharmaceutical company developing clinical stage drugs for ophthalmic (eye) diseases. In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer, he manages all accounting, finance, risk management, investor relations and human resource activities for iCo. He also works closely with the rest of the iCo's executive team in business strategy, license renegotiations and merger and acquisitions activities. Mr. Meekison is a veteran investment banker with a specialization in both the life sciences and technology sector at Haywood Securities Inc., Diouhy Merchant Group Inc. and Pacific International Securities Inc. (now PI Financial Corp.). As a financier, Mr. Meekison raised equity capital for various biotechnology and technology companies both in Canada and the United States. He has also acted as the Chief Financial Officer for a TSX-listed company developing a novel clinical diagnostic platform, where Mr. Meekison supervised all public reporting functions and accounting and finance functions. Mr. Meekison received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and is a certified Investment Manager and Professional Logistician.

|  | John Calhoun - Position: Director A co-founder of Natcore, Mr. Calhoun serves as managing director of Fort Hill Resources LLC, a private consulting firm, president and director of North American Water, a central information resource on public water supply systems in North America, of Grammercy Investments, a private investment company, and of Vignette Publications, a publishing company. Mr. Calhoun also serves as treasurer and director of Computer Wholesale Corporation and as managing director of Shadows Bend Court long-term care facility in Louisiana.

| | Brian Zucker - Position: Chief Financial Officer Mr. Zucker is the Chief Financial Officer and Financial Operations Principal for numerous broker dealers and hedge funds. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a member of the New York and New Jersey State Society of CPAs. He has over 20 years of experience as a CPA specializing in the securities industry, having begun his career as a Senior Consultant at both Price Waterhouse and Deloitte Haskins and Sells. Mr. Zucker currently manages Zucker & Associates LLC, which provides a broad range of services to hedge funds, broker dealers and high net-worth individuals. He has previously served as the President and Chairman of Atlantis Business Development Corp. (ABDV), and as a Managing Director of American Frontier Financial Corp., a full service investment banking and brokerage firm. Mr. Zucker holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Pace University in New York.

| | | Shauna Hartman - Position: Corporate Secretary Ms. Hartman obtained her law degree from the University of British Columbia in 2001 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary's University. Since September 2003, she has practiced law, primarily in the area of securities law, through Armstrong Simpson. At various times from 2003 to date, Ms. Hartman has acted as a director and an officer of a number of publicly-traded companies.
